I like a “moka” more than an espresso. Not too strong, not too bitter, with one and a half teaspoon of sugar and a dash of cocoa. :)My hubby like cappuccino.
If I’m in Torino or Cuneo during winter, I like a “bicerin”. Oh, boy! Now I crave one, LOL!
Thanks all. I usually drink ‘normal’ cappuccinos, this was an exception - a treat.
@MD One of these babies is €3,50 I think. Prices can vary widely so beware.
@GattoGiallo Alba has a few nice cafès - and I go there quite often. Turin is still the best for coffee though (in my opinion)
@Kia sorry I made you crave a bicerin - can’t you get them in Scotland?! You could make one though.

I like the “normal” cappuccino without “frills” maybe because it’s rather difficult to get a really good one here in the UK! Ciao. A.

@Kia, You may not have bicerin in Scotland, but you do have “deep fries Mars Bars”! Not many Italians will have had that experience.

I heard on the radio today that in St. Mark’s Square in Venice it costs 8.50 euro for an expresso. And I don’t imagine that you even get to sit down!
